TI Reads

A love of Judaism.  A love of reading.  An appreciation of friends who share these same passions.  What better reason for TI Reads, Temple Israel’s book club?  Our gatherings feature thought-provoking discussions of Jewish-related books that have been chosen by the group itself, hosted in a relaxed setting with home hospitality.

Meeting via Zoom approximately once a month, we discuss a variety of selections that include fiction and non-fiction, mostly contemporary, with some thread of Jewish connectivity.  Our facilitator, TI member Mary Arpe – an avid reader – encourages other club members to lead discussions as well.  Other than the cost of purchasing the books, TI Reads is free and open to both men and women.

Meeting dates and locations are announced by email, posted on TI’s website. It can also be found by contacting Mary Arpe or the Temple at (561) 833-8421 or tioffice@temple-israel.com.
